Amazing price point for a truly excellent pillow. My husband has tried at least five different kinds of pillows trying to find one of the right density and he loves it.

I've been sleeping on the Beddora cooling bamboo memory foam pillow for a couple of weeks now, and overall, I'm pretty happy with it. I was specifically looking for something with a bit more support for my neck and upper back, and this one has done a solid job without being too stiff. The shredded gel memory foam has that nice balance of firmness and moldability — it holds its shape well but still feels comfortable when I shift positions at night.The bamboo cover feels cool to the touch and breathable, which definitely helps if you tend to overheat while sleeping. I wouldn’t say it’s ice-cold or anything, but it’s noticeably cooler than my old polyester pillow. It also doesn’t flatten out over time the way regular pillows tend to — I’ve fluffed it up a few times but haven’t had to really “reshape” it or dig around to make it feel right.One thing worth mentioning: it had a bit of a new-foam smell out of the package, so I let it air out for about 24 hours before using it. After that, no issues.If you like a pillow that gives you some structure but isn’t rock-hard, this strikes a good middle ground. It’s especially good for side and back sleepers — maybe a bit firm for stomach sleepers, though. Overall, it’s been a worthwhile upgrade for me.

This pillow is definitely on the firm side. Because it's shredded filling, you can remove foam to try to adjust the firmness a bit. If you like a firm pillow, then this would be a good fit for you. Very nice loft on this pillow. I don't, however, find it cooling at all.It has helped my neck tension though, but I find if I sleep with it for more than a week, my neck starts getting tense again. I switch to another pillow for a few days and then back to this one. It works for me. My neck issues cause mild vertigo/off balance feeling, but that has been lessened since I started using this pillow.
