Many of our comforters and pillow inserts use down alternative fill. That makes them much less likely to cause allergy reactions than natural down. On each product page we state “hypoallergenic” if the item meets that standard. Yes. We offer common mattress sizes and some extra sizes for special needs. Standard sizes we stock are

Sheets and pillowcases

• Use mild detergent.
• Tumble dry on low or hang dry to keep them soft.

Duvet inserts and pillows with down alternative

• Wash on a gentle cycle with warm water.
• Tumble dry on low with a couple of clean tennis balls or dryer balls to restore loft.

Quilts and throws

• Many can go in the machine on gentle. Heavy quilts may need a large commercial washer or spot clean only.

Stain care

• Treat stains quickly with a mild stain remover. Test on a small area first.

Some of our collections carry OEKO-TEX certification. When a product has this certification we show the OEKO-TEX label on the product page and in the product details. For other collections we list the fabric origin and production notes so you can decide. Yes our fitted sheets are made with deep pockets and stretchable edges. Typical fits are

• Standard mattresses up to 12 inches thick fit easily
• Deeper mattresses up to 16 inches also fit with our deep pocket options

If your mattress is thicker than 16 inches please tell us the exact depth so we can recommend the right sheet or a custom solution.

Delivery time and tracking

Shipping time inside Canada

• Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days after the order ships.

International shipping

• We ship to select countries. Delivery time depends on the destination and customs. Check the shipping page for country coverage.

• You can return unused and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Defective or wrong items

• If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

How to start a return

• Email support with your order number and photos if the item is damaged.
• We will provide a return label or instructions.
• Pack the item in its original packaging when possible and drop it at the indicated carrier.
• After we receive the return the refund is issued within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
