Returns Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Customized or bulk special-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive damaged or incorrect products:
- Contact us at customersupport@beddora.ca within 5 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon inspection of returned goods.
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after return receipt.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. To reorder, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Restocking Fees:
A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective bulk returns.
