At Beddora, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Customized or bulk special-order products are non-returnable unless defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive damaged or incorrect products:

  • Contact us at customersupport@beddora.ca within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon inspection of returned goods.
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after return receipt.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. To reorder, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Restocking Fees:

A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective bulk returns.
