At Beddora, we want your order to arrive safely and on time so you can start enjoying better sleep sooner. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship, deliver, and support your bedding and other home essentials.
Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, we will take 1–3 business days to prepare it for shipping. You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as it ships.
Standard & Express Shipping
We deliver across Canada using trusted carriers like Canada Post, Canpar, and Nationex.
Express Shipping
Express delivery options will be available at checkout when applicable.
Shipping to Territories & Remote Areas
We deliver to most addresses in Canada, including rural areas and the Territories.
Oversized Items
Items like adjustable beds, headboards, or large duvets require special handling.
Oversized items will be marked on their product pages and in your cart.
Shipping costs and options for oversized products are shown at checkout once you enter your postal code.
For very large products, we may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
All deliveries are contactless; we leave your package at your door or building entry.

Get free standard shipping on most bedding orders over $75 (before tax).
Applies to eligible products delivered within standard zones only.
Order Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your order has shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email. You can check the status anytime to see when it’s arriving.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments with individual tracking links.
Shipping Restrictions
We don’t ship to:
- PO boxes
- Certain remote addresses that carriers cannot reach
- Some oversized products to Yukon, Nunavut, or the Northwest Territories
We also reserve the right to hold an order if we need to verify information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrived damaged or didn’t show up at all, we’re here to help.
Just email us at support@beddora.ca and we’ll walk you through the replacement or claims process. Make sure to reach out within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date. Optional shipping insurance may be available at checkout for extra peace of mind.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are delivered free via email. Physical cards may be shipped by mail at no extra cost
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
30-Day Return Policy
Not fully satisfied? No problem. You have 30 days to return eligible items.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Include all accessories and tags
Return Shipping
- If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will cover the return cost
- For other reasons, the customer pays return shipping, we’ll provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from the refund
How to Start a Return:
- Fill out our Return Request Form online
- Receive your label and return instructions
- Ship it back
- Receive your refund (processed within 5 days after inspection)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund Delays
If you don’t see your refund yet:
- Check your bank or card statemen
- Contact your card provider (processing times vary)
- If it’s still not there after 10 days, reach out to us at support@beddora.ca
Exclusions
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Final sale or discontinued items
- Any product clearly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
