Return and Exchange Policy

Beddora wants you to feel confident when shopping for bedding and sleep essentials. If your order isn’t the right fit, our return and exchange policy is here to help you request a refund, replacement, or exchange within the approved return window for eligible products.

Return Window and Conditions

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 nights of delivery, if they meet the following return eligibility conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition: unwashed, unused, and free of stains, hair, or damage
  • Must include all original packaging and accessories
  • Applies to online purchase refunds within Canada
  • Defective product returns and damaged item return policy apply if your order arrives faulty
  • Some products are marked as final sale or non-refundable. These will be clearly stated on the product page.

Non-Returnable Items

These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened pillows, mattress toppers, or bedding for hygiene reasons
  • Customized or monogrammed products
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. Our support team will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund promptly.

How to Request a Refund

To start the bedding return process:

  1. Submit a return request through our Return Request Form or email us at info@beddora.ca
  2. You’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label and return shipping instructions
  3. Return the product with the provided label in its original packaging

Once inspection is complete, refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you request an exchange or store credit, details will be confirmed when your return is approved.

Note: Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number or without using our prepaid label will not be processed.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days. Times may vary during peak seasons. You’ll receive an email when your refund is processed.

If you still haven’t received your refund after that:

  • Check your bank or card balance
  • Contact your card provider about their processing times
  • Reach out to us at info@beddora.ca

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to defective products or shipping errors, we cover return shipping costs
  • For other reasons, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount
  • All returns must follow our return shipping instructions and use the prepaid label we provide

Cancellation of Orders

You can request to cancel an order if it hasn’t shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at info@beddora.ca.
 If the order has shipped, you may return it once received by following the refund and cancellation terms above.

International Orders

For customers outside Canada, return shipping and any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Money-Back Guarantee

Some items come with a 100 Night Money-Back Guarantee for added peace of mind. Any product with this guarantee will be noted on its product page. The return authorization process stays the same.
